gboolean is_message_command (  gchar *  cmd  )

Checks whether the message is of the understood form. Parameters: cmd  A string to test. Returns: TRUE if the message is a valid message command, FALSE otherwise.

gint send_message (  gchar *  cmd  )

Sends messages to the recipients specified as specified in the command. Parameters: cmd  A message command of the understood form.
